Frequently Asked Questions
Can it count things sold by the sheet, pair, roll or metre?
Yes. Each product has its own unit, and quantities can include fractions, so fabric can be counted in metres and half metres. Plywood is counted in sheets, hinges in pairs, edge band in rolls.
We have a showroom and a godown. Can both use it?
Yes. Any number of staff logins can be used on any number of phones, all updating the same count, and the log shows who did what. It keeps one count per product, so it does not separate showroom stock from godown stock.
Can staff see what we paid for things?
No. Each product has a cost price and a sale price. Staff see the stock and the sale price. The cost price is visible to the owner only, and in a live setup it is removed before it reaches a staff phone.

Does it connect to Tally or work offline?
No to both. It needs an internet connection to save a stock update, and it does not connect to Tally or other accounting software: stock is tracked on its own and reconciled with your accounts by hand. Accounting connections can be scoped later.
How many products can we label?
Setup includes QR stickers generated for up to 100 products. Beyond that, sticker printing is billed at actual cost and support for new products is covered by the monthly fee. The software itself has no product limit.
