  • If maintenance is not renewed, hosting stops and the system goes offline. Backups are retained for 30 days.
  • Store apps are published under GroverHQ's developer accounts and stop working with the system if maintenance lapses.
  • Development is paid once per package or module.

Do parents and teachers need to install an app?

No. The system is an installable web app (PWA) that works from the browser and can be added to the phone's home screen. An Android app is also built and is coming to Google Play; a branded Play Store app for your school is an optional add-on, and an iOS app is available as an add-on on request.

Can we try the system before we decide?

Can we start with Core and upgrade later?

Yes. The system is modular. You can move from Core to Standard to Complete, or add individual modules, at any time without rebuilding. Upgrades are delivered as independent mini-projects.

Who owns the domain, and what happens if maintenance is not renewed?

How do online fee payments work?

Fee payments run through Razorpay, with receipts and payment history in the portal. Razorpay's gateway charges apply as per Razorpay. Online payments are part of the Standard and Complete packages.
