This policy covers the groverhq.com website. The GroverHQ Camera Viewer app for Samsung TVs has its own Privacy Policy, linked below, and collects no personal information.

Contact form: if you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type, and your agreement to be contacted. The form is handled by Formspree, which passes it to us by email. We use it only to reply to you by email, phone or WhatsApp and to discuss your project.

WhatsApp, phone and email links: if you tap them, the conversation happens in WhatsApp, your phone app or your email app, under their own policies. We keep the messages you send us.

Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies or track you across sites, and we do not see who you are.

Hosting: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep technical logs such as IP addresses, under GitHub's own policy.

We do not sell your information, run advertising on this site, or build profiles of visitors.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records, and are then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time. Complaints can also be sent to the same address.

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
