Lawful Use Notice

This app can show live video of homes, businesses and people. You alone are responsible for using it lawfully.

• Only connect cameras that you own, or that you have clear permission to view.
• Never use the app to watch someone without their knowledge or consent, or to access a camera on a network you are not authorised to use.
• Follow the privacy, data-protection and surveillance laws that apply where you and the camera are, including rules about recording, notices and signage, and cameras that cover shared or private spaces.
• Only scan networks that belong to you or that you are permitted to test.
• Keep camera passwords private, and do not share what you see on screen with people who are not entitled to see it.
• If you are an installer or manager, make sure the owners of the cameras and the people they film have agreed to this use.

We do not see, store or control your video and cannot check that your use is lawful. We are not responsible for how you use the app. Misuse may be a criminal offence.
